MARS Video
Taken August 19, 2003. Friends and family have been asking for some pictures of Mars. This video shows a brief look at the "Red" planet. Proportionally it is much larger than you may see through a telescope at a high magnification. You can see brief moments of steady seeing, when we look through our atmosphere we deal with scintillations that make the stars twinkle at night. I have also listed a link to another Amateurs site for a nice detailed view.
